TenRen's "Violet Lightly Flowing" teapot is adorable and easy to love. It is incredibly well crafted for a teapot of such a small size. This teapot holds only about 3 fluid ounces (90 ml.) of water and is about 3.5 inches (8.5 cm) in length, its base is about 2.25 inches (6 cm) in diameter, and its height is about 2 inches (5 cm).
This teapot is very smooth and already has a bright luster. It has an inner convex sieve which helps to prevent tea leaves from blocking the flow of the tea through the spout. Made from dark purple clay and fired at a higher temperature for high quality, its high quality can be noted from its high pitched ping when tapping the teapot. This tea set is ideal for serving semi-fermented teas such as Oolong, King's, Pouchong, and Ti Kuan Yin.
