Ten TeaSM offers a wide variety of green tea products which are imported from China, a country famous for its high quality green tea. Recent studies have discovered that green tea may promote good health. The selection includes many types and grades of green tea and has been expanded to include cookies and candies made from green tea.
Green Tea contains some naturally occurring caffeine. When compared with a cup of coffee, a cup of Green Tea has roughly about 1/8 the caffeine of a cup of coffee. Depending on the length of the brewing time, a green teabag will contain roughly 10-20 mg/cup. There is more caffeine released if the bag is swished up, down, and sideways and also if warmer temp water is used. TenRen does make Decaffeinated Green Tea Bags.
