Oolong tea is a semi-fermented tea commonly enjoyed throughout Taiwan and many parts of China. Misty Tea's high mountain jade oolong has beautiful green wiry leaves that transforms into a golden yellow color when steeped. It is a medium bodied tea with a smooth taste and fragrant aroma special only to oolong teas. Water at about 185°-195°F or 85°-90°C should be used for steeping. Available in boxes of 20 bags.
