This Ti Kuan Yin is from Anxi, China, a town in the southern part of the Fujian Province. Anxi is famous for producing top quality Ti Kuan Yin. Anxi Ti Kuan Yin is a special type of green oolong made from a subvariety of the tea plant camellia sinensis. The dry tea leaves are dark green and carefully hand picked and rolled.
